GEWIS is an abbreviation of GEmeenschap van Wiskunde en Informatica Studenten and was founded on June 28, 1982. GEWIS is a study association for students who study at the department Mathematics and Computer Science at Eindhoven University of Technology.

On these pages you will find all sorts of information about our association. Here you can find which entities form the association, like the board, the committees and the fraternities. In the Bylaws and Auxiliary Rules you can find all important rules and goals of our association.

Of course an association has a history too, and you can find this in our history section. This, of course, is only a short list of events. To get a view of our full history you will have to come and talk to our members. The GEWIS song is our association's song and is sung at special events and at our General Meetings.
